MIEKO was not built in a boardroom.
It was built somewhere between the desert and the sea, in the middle of a breakdown that looked, from the outside, like a great adventure.

January 2026. El Gouna, Egypt.
The plan was simple: kitesurf, work remotely, build a brand, live freely. The kind of life I'd been working toward for years.
What actually happened was different.
During a session on the water, I got hurt. What I thought were bruised ribs turned out to be four fractured ones. But I didn't know that yet. So I kept going.
For six weeks, I pushed through. I kept working. Kept training. Kept operating in the only mode I knew: forward. My body was sending signals. I ignored every one of them.
Then I tried kitesurfing again. Re-fractured a rib. The pain became impossible to ignore. I flew home to Belgium.
The X-rays confirmed what my body had been trying to tell me for weeks.
What came next wasn't just physical. I crashed, mentally, emotionally, entirely. The launch was approaching. I felt paralyzed. Disconnected from everything I'd built. The project felt meaningless. I felt depleted at every level.
And then I had one of those rare moments of brutal clarity...
I had built a brand about sustainable performance and respecting your body, while I was destroying myself trying to perform.
That contradiction became the foundation of everything.
Not because I'm a cautionary tale. Not because I believe in doing less. I believe in intensity. I believe in ambition. I believe in pushing, creating, exploring, building, living at full capacity.
But I also learned, the hard way, that there is a version of ambition that consumes itself. And a version that lasts.
MIEKO was built for the second one.

The products came from a real obsession, years of studying neuroscience, biohacking, adaptogens, functional nutrition, longevity research. I wanted to create something that genuinely supported the way ambitious people live: fast, full, intense, without the cost that usually comes with it.
Two functional drinks. Designed to protect the system that makes everything else possible.
Blue Brain: for clarity, cognitive performance, sustained focus. Without caffeine. Without the crash.
Pink Glow: for recovery, beauty from within, nervous system repair. The ritual that honors what you've given.
This brand isn't asking you to slow down. It's asking you to go further, by protecting what allows you to.
That's MIEKO.
