MIEKO was never just about wellness.
It started with an obsession around performance, the brain, the body, the nervous system, and the way ambitious people try to optimize themselves to keep going further, faster, longer.

January 2026, Egypt.
The plan was simple: kitesurf, work remotely, and fully focus on building the brand.
What actually happened was different.
I was training every day, pushing myself fully into the project I had been building for over year. I wanted intensity. Movement. Progress. Momentum. And slowly, without realizing it, I stopped listening to myself completely.
I got injured during a kitesurf session. What I thought was minor, I kept pushing through for weeks.
I kept working. Kept training. Kept operating in the only mode I knew: forward. My body was sending signals. I ignored every one of them.
More than a month later, I found out I had been pushing through four fractured ribs.
But the hardest part wasn’t physical. I crashed, mentally, emotionally, entirely. I felt disconnected from everything I had built and had completely run out of energy.
And for once, I didn’t know how to move forward.
And then I had one of those rare moments of brutal clarity.
I had built a brand around sustainable performance and respecting the body while completely disconnected from my own limits.
That contradiction became the foundation of everything.
Not because I believe in doing less. I believe in intensity. I believe in ambition. I believe in pushing, creating, exploring, building, living at full capacity.
But I also learned, the hard way, that there is a version of ambition that consumes you. And another that sustains you.
MIEKO was built for the second one.

I wanted to create something that genuinely supported the way ambitious people live: fast, full, intense but without the cost that usually comes with it.
Not a wellness brand built around slowing down.
A philosophy built around sustainable intensity.
The products are simply an extension of that idea.
Two functional drinks. Designed to protect the system that makes everything else possible.
Blue Brain to support clarity, focus and cognitive performance, without relying on overstimulation or the crash that follows.
Pink Glow for recovery, nervous system repair and beauty from within, because recovery is not separate from performance. It is part of it.
This brand isn't asking you to slow down. It's asking you to go further, by protecting what allows you to.
Go far. Stay whole.
